Lions Campground - OPEN

Located in the heart of Red Deer, combines the beauty of a park with the convenience of the city. The Red Deer River provides a striking backdrop to the campground, and campers are welcome to enjoy the expansive trail system that winds its way along the scenic waterway. Campground recreation opportunities include trails, a private entrance to the Trans-Canada Trail/river system and playgrounds.  Laundry facilities are available for campground guest use, please see office for token purchase details.  For sites with firepits, please see City of Red Deer regarding details of any current firebans in effect.  Lions Campground is just minutes from the wealth of stores, cultural opportunities, and golf courses in Red Deer, so urban opportunities abound for people travelling through the region.
